Exultant Groups (the CRM's 'Exulant' is a typo for 'Exultant') is an Alwarpet, Chennai based construction and design company operating across three arms: residential and commercial construction, an interior-design wing that handles homes, offices and commercial spaces, and a fabrication unit producing precision-engineered trusses and stainless-/mild-steel cladding. The firm also takes on outsourced project work for other construction companies. Harshanth (A. Harshanth) is the Chairman and Managing Director, working as a creative/design lead within the construction business; an in-house Architect & Design Head leads the design studio. Representative projects include the HOUSE 35 and Dharani residences and the Sidharth bedroom interior.
