Anutham architects

Anutham Architecture Studio is a Chennai-based multidisciplinary practice founded in 2013 by co-founders Ar. Bala Venkatesh P and Ar. James Amirtharaj S. The name 'Anutham' means 'finest', and the studio works across architecture, interior design and construction with a team of architects and designers. Their design philosophy links traditional concepts with a contemporary approach, emphasising context-responsive, climatically relevant and sustainable solutions, and a client-centred process aimed at making spaces vibrant, dynamic and timeless. Their portfolio spans residential apartments and home interiors, commercial spaces, and retail fit-outs such as bakeries, a jewellery showroom and a motel across Chennai and Tamil Nadu.
