I5 design studio

Ar Priya leads I5 Designs, a Mogappair-based interior design and architecture practice that has been serving Chennai and Coimbatore since 1997. The studio specialises in bespoke residential interiors (1-4 BHK apartments, villas and bungalows) alongside commercial fit-outs for offices, showrooms, institutes, restaurants and retail stores.

With nearly three decades of organic growth, the practice has vertically integrated into an in-house production factory at Ayanambakkam, allowing it to control modular kitchens, custom storage, wall panelling, false ceilings and bespoke furniture end-to-end. The work emphasises elegant, function-led palettes and turnkey delivery for end-users across Tamil Nadu.
