About Shreyans.

Plush In+Arc is a Chennai-based interior and architecture design practice co-founded by Shreyans Modi. The studio offers end-to-end design services — space planning, materials and finishes selection, furniture and lighting design, and 2D/3D visualisation — for residential and commercial projects across Tamil Nadu.

Operating since 2015, the practice has delivered homes and villas, jewellery showrooms, and commercial fit-outs. Its work was recognised with a 'Best Interior Designer' award at the Times Business Awards 2018. The firm trades under the registered 'PLUSH IN+ARC Interior & Architecture' mark and maintains an active design portfolio in Chennai.
