About Kamesh.

SVVD Arkiton Studio is a Chennai-based architecture, interior, and landscape design practice founded in 2016 by Principal Architect S.V. Kamesh Reddy (B.Arch, MSc, Sweden) and interior designer Deepica Reddy. The studio specialises in minimalist architecture and has completed projects across Tamil Nadu and Bangalore, spanning private villas and residences (House of Evara, House 61) and institutional/commercial work (MCE Campus).

The practice also operates a design-led property-development arm, Artis Homes Private Limited, established in 2021 under the same principal, which builds residences and apartments. The group offers end-to-end services from design through turn-key construction.
