Design Realm is a Chennai-based architecture and interior design studio led by founder and principal architect Dinesh Selvaraj. Based in Shenoy Nagar, the practice specialises in villas, residences, and mixed residential-commercial buildings, with additional capabilities in landscape architecture and product design. Its team of designers, planners and consultants positions itself on modern, functional and sustainable design delivered with technology-led planning and simulation. Project work spans residential and mixed-use developments and interior fit-outs for clients including Shriram Properties, Lakhotia Enterprise and Chitra Enclave, with services covering feasibility studies, space planning, building-approval liaisoning, interiors, landscape design and end-to-end project management.
