Studio Imkasa

Studio Imkasa is a multidisciplinary architecture and interior design practice founded in Chennai in 2018 by Jai Vinayak and Dharani Prasath. What began as a small, passionate team has grown into a collective of architects, project managers, and site engineers committed to contextual, people-centred design.

The studio holds that architecture is the craft of shaping meaningful experiences rather than imposing a single aesthetic. It blends modernist sensibilities with regional intelligence, integrates Vaastu principles when clients request them, and lets sustainability guide its material choices.

Its portfolio spans residential homes and commercial work across Chennai, including the DXC Technologies office fit-out, the Croyez Group headquarters, retail boutiques, and medical facilities.
